Is there an extra fee?
Yes. Remodeling estimates and repair coordination for investors are a separate paid service. I usually roll my fee into the property sale; we’ll agree on how it works for your project.
Can I bring a property I already bought?
Yes. Send the address and tell me what needs work and when you’re hoping to sell.
Do I have to use a particular contractor?
No. We can discuss the contractors you’re considering and compare their bids.
